MOYO Studio (the "Operator") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws, and treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. This Policy explains how users' personal information is collected, used, stored, and destroyed, and how users may exercise their rights.
IMAGO (the "Service") is an event-photo solution that lets an event host create a web-based photo-taking environment, lets participants take and share photos without installing a separate app, and lets the host organize and deliver a photo album after the event.
1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
The Operator processes personal information for the purposes below. Personal information is not used for any purpose other than those stated, and where a purpose changes, the Operator takes the measures required by law.
- Service provision: creating and managing events; taking, composing, and sharing photos; organizing albums and delivering links.
- Payment processing: processing payments for paid services, managing payment records, sending receipts and transaction notifications, and handling refunds.
- Inquiries, complaints, and notices: responding to inquiries, delivering announcements, and giving notice of policy changes.
- Prevention of misuse: detecting and responding to abnormal or fraudulent use.
2. Categories of Personal Information Processed
The Operator processes the following categories of personal information.
Hosts (event creation and payment)
- Information provided at Google account sign-in: email address, name, profile photo, and account identifier (UID).
- Payment-related information processed through the payment gateway (PG) during the payment process.
- Event information (such as the event name and other information entered by the host).
- Contact information, such as the email address provided when making an inquiry.
Participants (taking and sharing photos)
- Photos and videos that participants take and upload through the Service.
Information that may be generated automatically during use
- Access logs and device/browser information, to the extent necessary for operating the Service.
